These legal notices, hereinafter referred to as "Condizioni di vendita" (CDV), regulate the purchase conditions of the various products offered on our website called FRRREGOLA, owned by Moorigo s.r.l.s., VAT n ° IT12165860961, with registered office in Italy, in Via Lecco 122 Monza (MB).

Users who make purchases on FRRREGOLA fully accept these CDV and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of the contract / purchase and are invited to read them before purchasing any product on this e-commerce.

The prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be changed based on market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be considered completely concluded, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be changed without the express agreement of both contracting parties.

Moorigo s.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse and / or suspend access to the services provided on FRRREGOLA for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, breach of applicable legislation, of these General Purchase Conditions and / or in cases of fraud detected by this company and / or from one of its suppliers.

1. Payment methods

The payment methods through which you can buy on FRRREGOLA are credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and SATISPAY. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

All bank card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer.

2. Security in payment transactions

Moorigo s.r.l.s. relies on external partners (Stripe, PayPal, Satispay) who manage the payment methods offered on the e-commerce platform called Scontrino and managed by Vitamino s.r.l. 

All the aforementioned partners guarantee that the personal data collected will be transmitted in a secure environment and will be used with the utmost confidentiality.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, the data relating to the Buyer's order may be disclosed to third parties authorized by law or designated by Moorigo s.r.l.s., for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Buyer, as well as the validity of the order, the means of payment used and the expected delivery.

Once this check has been completed, Moorigo s.r.l.s. reserves the right to request a photocopy of the buyer's identity document and / or any other data relating to the buyer's identity. The Buyer has the rights conferred on him by the legislation on the protection of personal data, as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

3. Deliveries

We always ship by express courier, using the best and most reliable international operators, based on the availability of each country. Delivery times vary from 2 to 12 days approximately for deliveries in the European Union. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to make transport companies respect them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee with certainty the times indicated.

For non-EU countries, although carriers normally respect the deadlines declared on the site, there may be delays due to normal customs controls, the times of which do not depend on our will.<

We always ship orders only after payment confirmation.

Our deliveries are completely anonymous and have no external or internal marks or signs that identify their content. Shipments have as sender the name of the logistic operator PC LOGISTIC.

The customer will have 5 days to check the integrity of all items in the order and to verify that everything is included in the included products. After these 5 days, the shipment will be considered as accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage or defects with the shipment.

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the following 5 days that the customer must check the products upon receipt of the same and expose any objections that may exist.

Moorigo s.r.l.s. is not responsible for damaged shipments received by the recipient, therefore the recipient is obliged NOT to collect all shipments that may appear to have been tampered with by the logistics agency so as to encourage theft, theft or manipulation of the content. 

Moorigo s.r.l.s. relies on external partners who guarantee a control of departures with packaging systems that allow the traceability of the item in perfect condition for delivery.

5. Mandatory procedures in case of damaged package.

In the event of an accident detected in the presence of the transport company:

  • Refuse the delivery and clearly state the incident in detail.
  • Indicate the reason for the refusal of delivery to the Customer Service of the transport company.

In case of accidents detected without the presence of the transport company: 

Communicate the anomaly to the customer service of Moorigo s.r.l.s. in the following ways:

Notification of incidents and the formulation of complaints must be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2 working days of delivery of the product.

It will be essential to take photos of the outer box to check the condition in which you have received your shipment to process any claims.

The buyer must communicate the absence or deterioration of the product to the customer service of Moorigo s.r.l.s. by the means specified in the previous section. Moorigo s.r.l.s. customer service may request any information relating to the identity of the purchaser or recipient of the order and may carry out all the checks that may be necessary in the case.

6. Customer Service

We take care of requests during working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18.

7. Right of withdrawal/Cooling-off period

In accordance with current legislation, it is possible to withdraw from the contract, without the need to justify this decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do this, the conditions indicated in the conditions for handling a return listed in the "Returns" section must be met.

Moorigo s.r.l.s. assumes no responsibility in case of non-compliance with the laws of the country other than Italy in which the product must be delivered (for example in case of prohibition of the product, etc.). It is the Buyer's responsibility to check with the local authorities of the country other than Italy, where the products are to be delivered, the applicable limits for the import and use of the products and services you wish to purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

  • The supply of sealed goods in the categories of sex toys, sexual health cosmetics and lingerie which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.

The provisions relating to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain categories of goods and services provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code. In particular, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods sold "made to measure" and in the event that the sales performance concerns the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and are been opened after delivery (Article 59 letter e) Consumer Code.

Once we receive the product (s), we will refund you according to the payment method you used within 1-5 business days:

  • If you paid by card, we will refund your account.
  • If you paid with Paypal or Satispay, we will refund your account's wallet balance.
  • If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund your account's wallet balance.

8. Return conditions

We will only accept returns of unopened material in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The goods must be returned intact and complete in all its parts (including accessories) sent at your own expense to this address: Moorigo Studio, Via Lecco 122, 20900 Monza (MB) Italy. Once the actual integrity of the products has been verified, the amount of the purchased item will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase.

9. Guarantees

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and / or by handling the product other than that necessary by nature, characteristics or functioning. In these cases, the consumer is responsible for the repair of the product. The following are therefore excluded from the guarantee:

  • Defects and deteriorations caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the instructions of the products.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or by any other person not authorized by Moorigo s.r.l.s., as well as products covered by a specific assistance contract.

10. Returns management

The reasons for return can only be contemplated among the following:

  • Right of withdrawal within 14 days (see conditions in paragraph 7)
  • Product defective during the warranty period (see conditions in paragraph 9)
  • Product received damaged due to transport (see conditions in paragraph 3)

How to prepare a return?

  1. Contact customer service at frrregola@moorigo.com, indicating the reason for the return, accompanying the reasons with photos of any problem encountered.
  2. Wait for the answer.
  3. If the answer confirms the possibility of returning, put the complete product, with its original packaging and accessories, in a resistant and well-packaged box, and send the product to: Moorigo s.r.l.s. Via Lecco, 122 20900 Monza (MB) Italy

Wait for a reply and eventual refund or replacement of the item.

11. Disputes

All disputes to which this contract may give rise, both as regards its validity and for its interpretation, its execution, its termination or its cancellation, will be exclusively the competence of the Court of Monza (MB) - ITALY.
